Yoga & Dog Walks are the combination you need!

Our previous post on our yoga videos for releasing tension in your hips, shoulders and legs that we've curated another list of recommendations for you! So.. although it's common knowledge to know going on walks is good for your health, it can subtle to significant impacts on your body when walking your dog (particularly if you have an excitable pooch!). We recommend practicing yoga after your dog walk to help keep your body fit and healthy (not sure what we mean, read our article on how dog walks can be harmful to your body!). Don't worry, it's not all doom and gloom.
