Cancellation Policy

I understand that if I wish to cancel or reschedule, please give us 48 hours notice. Failure to do so, the price of the service is non-refundable or re-creditable. I understand that if myself, the owner, gives us permission, verbally or written, that their dog can be let off the lead that any incident under these conditions, we will not be held liable. I understand that if myself, the owner, gives us permission, verbally or written, that their cat can be let outside that any incident under these conditions, we will not be held liable.
