Overnight Stay (4 nights)

Cancellation Policy

I understand that if I wish to cancel the Overnight Stay, please give us 2 weeks notice to receive full refund. Failure to notify us within 3 days, 30% of the booking will be non-refundable. Failure to notify us within 1 week of the start date, 50% of the booking will be non-refundable. I understand that if myself, the owner, gives us permission, verbally or written, that their dog can be let off the lead that any incident under these conditions, we will not be held liable. I understand that if myself, the owner, gives us permission, verbally or written, that their cat can be let outside that any incident under these conditions, we will not be held liable. I understand that if I chosen to pay 30% deposit to secure the bookings, an invoice will be sent up to 7 days after the last day.
